Unfortunately, we don't know anything about Mowe's roots. She showed up at a New Jersey shelter at the age of eight weeks. She was transported to Connecticut where she was fostered by the New England Border Collie Rescue for one week. After that time she came home to her Mom and Dad! It is simply unimaginable how anyone could have given up such a sweet, good natured puppy. But we're sure glad they did. Scroll down to see some more baby Mowe pictures.
